All practices/training is on hold as Coventry is  being remodeled. Please stay tuned for updates.

The 4 Dog Night Flyball Team was formed on April 2, 2002 with 14 human members and 14 core team dogs to become the third flyball team in Maryland and a new addition to a growing Mid-Atlantic area flyball teams list and the already booming NAFA Region 9.  Now an inaugural member of the new NAFA Region 15, we have the complete ABC's of dog breeds on our team (Aussies,  Border Collies, Corgis...) while having a healthy "mix" of some "no-so-purely bred" dogs thrown in.

We are based in Columbia, Maryland at the Coventry School, Inc. for Dogs and Their People.  Our team captains, Kim Fedor and Linda Kriete, contribute 20+ cumulative years of flyball experience.  Though each club member is involved in other dog-related sports/activities, ranging from Agility to frisbee, the team enjoys coming together each week to share in the fun and friendly fellowship of racing our dogs and assisting in further training.  While some of us are "owned" by more than one dog, not all of our dogs are racing on the team...yet.  We have additional dogs in training under our "Future Flyballer" training program.

You can meet our team dogs and dogs in training by clicking on the links at the top of the page.  You may also stop by and visit us during our training sessions or during our team practice on Saturday nights (see the classes for more details).

If you think you may have a "ball-crazy" dog that would enjoy the energy surge of racing against other dogs on a team or if you are just curious about what it is we do here, contact us in person, by phone, or by email.

Flyball is a fun and exhilarating family sport.  Once you catch the contagious "flyball bug", there's no turning back!
